Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anaheim Automation DPW65351XDB9 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ao-Smith product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C42D28FK1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the COP3330 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DO32 by Manufacturer Ao-Smith as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Singer-(-Keafott-) Brand CV20304002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sanyo such as C250T4001E52 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C082B4798 made by Fanuc as well as the popular C145T34FK12C original spares produced by Leeson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D563224 by Ohio and C250T4001E52 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D2010P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
